About the Role
You will work a broad team of people of culture professionals that brings the customer to the heart of everything we do. You will be integral in driving strategic and operational people matters as City of Ryde continues to grow. We have gone through positive changes and looking for our P&C BP to be involved in change management and system projects to enhance how we interact with our business.


You will bring your previous experience to make an impact on how our people take the lead on the new journey. You will support our teams with ER/IR matters right through to all facets of the employee lifecycle.


This role will enable you to expand your knowledge, work with people who are passionate about the community and use your initiative to take our business to the next level!

 

About You
You will be influential in the future vision of City of Ryde living our values and empowering our people.


Your “hands on” approach in People & Culture Business Partnering along with providing expert guidance to optimise people outcomes. You will have preferably worked in either Government or within a complex organisation structure, working autonomously to drive outcomes.


You will have superior communication and negotiation skills with experience in interpreting Awards and legislative provisions to key stakeholders.
In addition, you will also have:
•    Experience with a Human Resources Information Management System such as ICHRIS
•    Excellent computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
•    Strong knowledge of contemporary People and Culture practices
•    Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organisation
•    Strong organisational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage deadlines.

 

Your commencing annual salary will range from $107,213.58 to $118,619.28 + Superannuation, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
