About the Role
In this role you provide a high level of customer service to ensure all waste related enquiries are managed in a timely and effective manner. You will also carry out administrative processes and procedures to support Council’s waste services including preparing quotes, invoices, and assisting in debt recovery.
You will also prepare and/or conduct site inspections, update policies and procedures, and ensure all data management systems are up to date with correct details.
About You
We are seeking an organised and customer centric individuals to support the Circular Economy Team. To be successful in this role you will need to be resilient with an ability to handle difficult customers in providing quality customer service.
In addition, you will also need:
- Proven administration experience
- Excellent time management and organisational
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient level of PC literacy
Your commencing annual salary will range from $81,854.82 to $106,411.27 + superannuation, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
