About the Role

Do you have experience dealing with customers and enjoy the challenges that come with delivering outstanding levels of customer service in a fast-paced team environment? Are you available to work evenings and weekends as well as holidays? Can you be relied upon to work agreed shifts and work schedules? Do you have experience in Birthday Parties?

 

If you answered "Yes" to the above, you should consider working as a Customer Service Officer at the Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre. This is a part time position working a minimum of 10 hours per week, including a weekend.

 

The focus of your role will be to assist patrons of RALC, and you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. Your duties will include answering telephone enquiries, responding to email and front desk service.  You will be processing forms as well as point of sale transactions and Swim School administration. If you are a team player with excellent customer service skills who can use initiative to solve day to day customer related issues this is a role you will enjoy.

 

Your commencing annual salary will range from $54,496.80 - $70,845.84 + superannuation depending upon your experience and qualifications.
