Some key information before you begin. This program will give you the opportunity to:
• Learn critical leadership skills
• Be part of a project team to research and implement a high-profile corporate project
• Obtain a Cert IV of Leadership & Management
You must meet this eligibility criteria to apply:
• Be a permanent employee with more than 6 months continuous employment with the City of Ryde
• Show a commitment to personal growth and aspirations to progress into a leadership position
• Demonstrate how this program aligns to your development and career aspirations
• Don’t have any existing formal leadership qualifications that you have obtained recently
