About the Role
Are you undertaking or about to complete a Certificate 3 in Arboriculture and keen to develop a career as an Arborist? Do you have some experience climbing and working with trees but would like to learn from experts in the field?
Would you like to continue to develop your experience climbing?
If you answered "Yes" to the above, the City of Ryde has an excellent opportunity for you to be employed as a Trainee Arborist with a view to permanent appointment when you have completed your TAFE studies.

Depending on your experience and qualifications, your commencing rate of pay as a Trainee Arborist is negotiable up to $53,733 p.a. + Superannuation.
As a Trainee Arborist, you will have the opportunity to develop the necessary skills and experience to gain promotion to the higher paid Arborist position.
